Company values
Our values are our true north and guide. We rely on them in our conduct, how we manage our operations and the manner in which we interact with our clients.
Governance
Makhavhu Attorneys' governance structure is one of our pillars of strength that enables us to create value for our clients and stakeholders. As a medium-sized legal firm, we understand the importance and future benefits of proper management and direction to ensure business continuity, especially in this competitive industry. We manage and guide our business by focusing on three main aspects, namely Intellectual Capital, Partnerships and Compensation.
Intellectual Capital
One of our firm's main assets is our Intellectual Capital. The experience, expertise, know-how, and intellect we bring to our clients' businesses are strong differentiators and value sources.
We have systems and processes that allow us to maintain, build and easily access our knowledge repository.
Partnerships
Our Partnerships are critical to the success of our firm. Governing these relationships and the effectiveness thereof, we have Partnership Agreements that focus strongly on productivity.
We believe in openness and fairness between our firm and partners. Our fairness is further emphasised by our core belief in mutual Agreements that focus strongly on effectiveness and productivity. It also addresses all matters pertaining to unproductivity through procedures that deal fairly between our firm and individuals involved.
Compensation
Driving internal efficiency and productivity, we believe in a fair partner and employee compensation system.
We understand that compensation is both reflective and determinate of a firm's culture and the importance thereof to a firm's future success. Although we are relatively small, we have a proper compensation system.
